It’s my honor to welcome you to Lakewood Yacht Club — a harbor unlike any other. Set on 38 acres of beautiful Clear Lake shoreline, Lakewood is more than a destination. It’s a community of people who share a love of the water, good company, and the easy rhythm of coastal life.

Our members gather for everything from sunset cruises and spirited regattas to family dinners and festive harborside events. Whether you sail, race, cruise, or simply enjoy the view, you’ll find your place here among friends who feel like family.

Minutes from Houston, Lakewood Yacht Club is set on the shores of Clear Lake, boasting sweeping Gulf views. Lakewood has evolved from our humble beginnings in 1955 to become a premier yacht club — and a spacious private retreat with plenty of easygoing charm.

From the cherished Blessing of the Fleet, a full calendar of on-the-water events, and laid-back dockside gatherings toasted with the Club’s signature rum and Coke, Lakewood blends long-held traditions with a lifestyle that’s lively, relaxed, and always welcoming.

The purpose of Lakewood Yacht Club is to provide an exclusive yachting environment for the benefit of its members. The Club endeavors to satisfy diverse social and recreational needs, while fostering a spirit of camaraderie.
