The Wide, Welcoming Water

Friendship comes easy here, nurtured by the reassuring rhythm of the ties and the calming serenity of the sails. Whether you have a boat or simply a love of the water and the lifestyle that comes with it, you’ll find yourself surrounded by people with the same passion — eager to follow where the currents take them, and quick to embrace those who also enjoy the journey.

Make Waves
Your Way

There’s no shortage of ways to enjoy Lakewood life. Members cruise the coastline, cast lines in their favorite spots, kayak across the lake, and head out for destination trips. And because everyone has access to America’s first Club-owned fleet of RS21 keelboats, sailing is always within reach — another reason you don’t need to own a boat!

It Feels Like Your Personal Harbor — Because It Is

With 450 slips ranging from 40' to 130', each space feels like it was made just for you. Whether tucked under a covered shed or moored on a deep-water pier, the marina offers mooring for almost any boat. Power, water, and WiFi are always ready, and gear stays close with lockers and dock boxes nearby.

Trailer storage and a convenient launch ramp make getting on the water simple, and maintenance essentials are just steps away. In the small-boat basin, a 2-ton-capacity crane and gin pole streamline rigging and launching.

There’s Fast.
And There’s Seahorse Fast.

The Seahorse Youth Sailing Program doesn’t just teach kids to sail — it shapes skilled, fearless sailors who know how to race, lead, and win. From first tacks to podium finishes, a Seahorse grows up mastering the fundamentals and making their mark on the state and national stage.

With year-round coaching, a strong team culture, and a history of success at every level, our young adventurers don’t just show up; they show what’s possible. Because sailing isn’t about the trophies; it’s about confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of the water.
